Those pressures sound OK to me. I have a newly rebuilt engine also, a 2180. Start cold OP is 50, after the oil warms up, it goes down. I am not an expert on this, but I would not be too concerned. What do you expect it should be? Have you consulted the GPASC manual? It does not sound like you have a bad sender, to me.
