I got lucky. I called the FSDO 11 months after I got the KR inspected and told them I needed the mechanics license to do the annual. I then whined about having to drive 3 1/2 hours to submit the application in person. He had me mail in the paperwork and I got the license in the mail. some days you just get lucky. Larry Flesner
