Mathew: I haven't actully done any powder coating but somewhere I read that you coud cure it in an oven and it just did not seem like a good idea. Still holds though that you would not want to coat inside bolt holes for clearance reasons if for no other reason other than not making work for yourself and you don't need it coated there any way.
