Scott: I am with virgil on this with one proviso---
Coat the inside of all bolt holes to pevent their being coated as the tolerances are close and you may have difficulty inserting the bolts. I say this because on the project I took over care was not taken a thin film of epoxy in the bolt holes blocked insertion of te wing attach bolts. Yes the bolt holes can be cleaned out afterwords if need be but powder coatin is a more brittle finish and you may chip away the finish where it would be desired and that what you were attempting to achieve. Harbor Freight sell what tou need for powder coating small parts but I think you use your kitchen oven to bake the parts but best clear that with "Kitchen Manager"(read that WIFE) first.
