As no one as answered your request I will share what little I know
about the subject.  Most master cylinders, whether reservoir or
non-reservoir, will disassemble by removing the pushrod / plunger
out of the top and should be fairly obvious by looking at the assembly.
As I recall, the reservoir type has a small setscrew that you back out
and then the top spins off.  The non-reservoir type has more of a
nut type assembly in the top that spins out.  Wick's or other suppliers
carry kits to rebuild.  If you're lucky you may find the o-rings locally to
do the job but the kits are rather inexpensive and you will know the
job is done right and not have to do it again after filling the system
with fluid.
