+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Check out : http://www.headsetsinc.com/ for the kit info. Yes, you order the kit and do your own conversion. It took me an hour or two. I'm slow remember. It took me 13 years to build the KR. :-) I'd suggest that for the extra $20 you get the AMP cable and auto shutoff. The AMP cable (I think that's what they call it) has all wires in one cable so you don't have to drill an extra hole in your headset. I Think the total cost for what I ordered was right at $200. As for the foam, the KR cockpit is pretty tight depending of course on the canopy. Personally I'd rather have cabin heat then insulation. My thinking is that with cabin heat I wouldn't need the insulation and without cabin heat I'm only insulating the cold air already in the cockpit. Sunshine and body heat will take the chill out of the air down to about 32F. My toes are what suffers in the cold in mine. All I need to add for cabin heat in mine is a heat muff and hose but I've been too busy flying to do it, or just too lazy. Larry Flesner
