I have a Lincoln 175 which I bought form ebay. Lastnight was the first time
I turned it on and attempted to weld some aluminum scraps together. As I
expected the first attempt was a disaster. I will need to do much more
practice and reading and thae some instructions from experiemced welders.
So you can see I"m in no position to advies or give an opinion on any
welder. I got the 175 because of the positive reports from Mark Langford
and because of the size and price as compared with the Lincoln 185. I have
no experience with a miller.
