Dear Frank

Thank you very much for your referrals.I had a good look at the Oskosh 72 
featuring Ken Rand's KR1. The desciption of construction reminds me of a 
model glider i built in the UK as a young boy,In the same year. 
Incorperating a "full depth balsa spar, and tip dihedral" no less. I was 
unable to open the other link, are there any other links you are aware of 
that might be of use regarding early KR2 wing building technique. Does any 
body know how mainy KRs had wings built this way and are still flying.
