I bought a big block of aluminum about six months ago with the intention to
make a real nice set on my milling machine. My plan was to put in bronze
sleeve bushings so they could be pushed out and replaced when they got worn.
I was going to offer them as loaners like Mark's cowl mold. I have been
pretty busy so I have not gotten a chance to make them yet, but if you can
wait a week or two and you call and bug me on a weekend to go get them done
I will gladly send them to you.

I also have a nice carbide tiped brad point drill bit for them. I got a
complete set on the clearance shelf at Harbor Freight a while back and I
have never seen them there again. The brad point tips do a great job going
through the thin plywood on the way out without splitting the wood. I used
them to drill for my landing gear attach brackets and the holes came out
perfect.

Subject: KR> Wing Attach. Drill Jig

Does anyone have a wing attachment fitting drill guide fixture that they
would be willing to loan out? I would gladly pay shipping both ways. I have
exhausted my search here for someone to make one. HELP.
If you want to talk my cel is 334-319-2845 or e-mail me off the list.
