The drawing you are talking about is at http://www.krnet.org/as504x/as5046inst.html , along with the rationale for why you'd want to use it. It's your decision as to whether or not you want to do that, but I put the drawing out there to give folks a heads up as to the obvious height difference between the plans and the new 18% (AS5048) airfoil, because if you are using a "used" bracket with holes drilled in it already, you could seriously weaken your spars by trying to use the existing hole pattern.
