Isaac, Welcome to KRnet. We may have crossed paths in '89, as I was taking care of wounded in a hanger at Kelly AFB in San Antonio, TX. Glad to hear you learned to land planes and don't have to keep getting out before they land. Jumping would have been better than some of my landings... We were worried about Serge, since he has one of the older KRs that he brought from Africa when he moved to Paris a few years ago. Actually, we probably worried as much about his plane as him, but I can certainly understand his frustration with the rioting.
