Keith, I took a quick look at the plans and didn't find the template for the control horn. The stick assembly calls for 5" center to center where the elevator cables attach. Unless you get a better answer, that's the spacing I'd go with. I got in my KR fix for the day. 1.4 hours, 4 landings at different locations with one landing at a nice grass strip. I had to do the third go-around in my KR career when landing for the last time at my home base. The front had moved through and the wind was 7 to 12 at 45 degrees to the runway with occ gust to maybe 15. I was just ready to touch down in the flare when a gust caught me and put me about 4 feet back in the air. Without hesitating I went to full power, dumped the speed brake and carb heat and went around. I probably could have continued the landing but didn't want to run out of runway. The second landing had little thrill to it and the KR is safely back in the hangar. One good day in the KR is worth the 13 years of building!!!!! Larry Flesner
