Great way to do them. I have done a few things with partially cured cloth
that you just couldn't do the normal way, particularly when having to glass
upside down. I have found that another thing that works good for some
applications is the let it cure where it won't bend easily then hit it with
a heat gun to get it soft and press it into place for a few minutes until it
cools and stays in the shape you put it in.

Subject: KR> Wing Gap Covers

This is how I make wing gap covers for a KR. I made them like this for the
Little Beast and they came out so well that I decided to do it again and
this time had some help and a different way to secure them to the wings
while they were finishing the curing process.

Jerry and I spent the entire day at the airport and got this done as well as
building a long workbench in our new hangar. I wish I had waited to make the
covers until after we made this bench, because the end result would have
been better.

In case anyone out there is building a KR, this is for you.
