I got the pics at the bottom.....I was wondering what
was holding those blocks.  I was thinking maybe screws
like some of the others i have seen. So I can use my
brad nailer for something...I feel better now.  :-) 
So if I am to understand correctly, you pressed the
blocks against the corner gussets and nailed them down
while maintaining a reasonable amont of pressure? 

Also, one picture shows the complete table covered in
plastic, to keep the glue from sticking to the table.
I heard people use wax papaer...which is better in
your opinion?
