Now that was a story I liked to read. Congrats on a great day of flying. I
too took to the skies this morning at 6:30am. The air was a smooth as glass.
A truly enjoyable flight. That's another hour under my belt. I am finally
getting my air/oil separator to not dump so much oil overboard. There was
very little on my belly after todays flight. Upon returning to the hanger, I
removed my carburetor, air box and carb heat set up. I will be making a new
air box and carb intake mount over the next few days. Next Friday, I am
flying down to Georgia via Midwest Airlines to attend my neice's wedding so
it is doubtful taht I will fly again till after June 13th. I have total of
33.5 hours on my Hobbs since my airworthiness inspection. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Haaaaaaaaaaaaa getting there.

little fuel), and did 15 pretty decent landings, with several being nothing
short of squeakers!
