Yep, new throttle is installed, and the friction lock is far better than a button-lock. And I made the cowling snorkel a little more permanent by epoxying it in place, so I don't have to duct tape it in place any more. I was going to install rudder trim this afternoon and let it cure overnight, but the weather was perfect (7kt cross wind, but not gusty), and I decided to fly it and do the rest before nightfall. But then I flew until nightfall, so it'll have to wait until tomorrow at nightfall. Next week the weather's crappy, so I might get some work done on it every afternoon, workload permitting...
