The YEEEE HAAAAAA Maintenance tip of the day.
I was cleaning/rebuilding a set of Cleveland
wheels and brakes and discovered a problem of one puck frozen in
place. No amount of soaking in several solutions and applying 100
pounds of air pressure would remove it. I feared the worst as a new
body goes for $250+ and the puck is another $25. I called an A&P
friend and he suggested that with the proper fittings I could attach
a grease gun and pump it out. YEEEEE HAAAAAA ! It worked.
I'll probably end up replacing one bearing and race, O rings and
hardware but other than that I'm off to the races. :-)

Hauling skydivers tomorrow and flying the KR on Sunday!
I hope nobody pinchs me !!!!!!
