Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm EAA meeting and talk about flying ....................... ..........OR........................... KR flying
Good to see you have your priorities right. I've missed several hours of work (had to make it up after dark) and even more hours of jobs around the house (still to be done........next year maybe) The weather here is rain, rain and more rain, else high winds (grounded and doing tax return for last year). Have fun Barry Kruyssen Cairns, Australia RAA 19-3873 k...@bigpond.com http://www.users.bigpond.com/kr2/kr2.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: Mark Jones I just returned from the airport after spending 1.2 hours in the air. Once I arrived at the airport, I installed my valve covers, checked the oil level to see where the level is with the top cover off. It is just as Mark L suggested so I put the top cover back on and hooked up the hoses the air breather. Now the time had gotten to 6:30 and I had an EAA meeting to go to at 7:30. I could not resist the urge to fly so I hopped in and took off. After thirty minutes I decided to land and go to the meeting. Well the landing was my best yet in the KR...smooth as a baby's butt. I could not stand it, I wanted to do that again. And I did. That landing was even better. I just had to go one more time. So I flew around for a while and headed in as darkness was approaching. The third landing was better then the previous two. I love this thing called KR flying. Oh yea, after I made a few mods to my engine, both my oil temp and pressure are now normal. Just gotta love it.........and no I never went to the meeting. I could not force myself out of the air till darkness forced me down.
