I have been using a UHS 10" spinner since my fist flight in 2000. The first
one went about 100 hours before being destroyed in an ID 10 T type error on my
part (Don't laugh Don C, you were there too).

The second one has over 200 hours now. Neither has exhibited any sign of
fatigue or wear.

Cheers,

UHS, a Canadian company simply attaches the spinner to the front bulkhead
which has a flange that extends all of the way beck to the bottom of the
prop. Making the spinner out of fiberglass helps.
