We had this conversation last September. Allen G. Wiesner mentioned that source of thin-wall aluminum irrigation pipe would make a dandy tank (it comes in 2-12" diameters), and I think Larry Flesner came up with inserting anti-sloshing baffles made of aluminum discs skewered through a small center tube.
