I don't know if it will do any good, but I am in a partnership of a Beechcraft Sundowner with 3 other guys. Our documents were basically made up by the group with no real leagl assistance. if you want to see the items we agreed upon, I wouldn't mind sharing a copy. However, one of the reasons I am building a KR is to not have any partners at all. Ray
