I have a few agreements I dredged up from somewhere on the internet that I
was going to use for a 172 partnership that I will send you offline.  If

I also suggest calling AOPA (you are a member, aren't you) and having them
send you information.  They have a booklet they put together that is very
good.

I have had a paralegal look at our agreement for Co-Ownership and she
discussed it with an attorney.  The main problem they saw with it, is that
there is no provision for dispute resolution.  Since there are only 2 of us,
majority vote won't work.

Any ideas?  I intend to share this document with the group when it is
complete.
