Makes the final coat of VE dry tack free. = Made by resin manufacturers as an additive same as the many other additives to = speed or slow cure times, remove air bubbles, improve wet out characteristics = on certain materials. Any good marine supply house or composite supplier = will know exactly what you're looking for.
