For the benefit of some of the newer members of this list, and due to
questions that were raised by new members regarding what to look for when
purchasing an already-started project, be aware that there is a good
resource on the KRNet website in the form of an article written by Jeff
Scott, here:
http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/kronline9.html "Shopping for the Partially
Built KR".

Jeff completed his KR and flies it regularly in the mountains of New Mexico.
He's a Tech Counselor and should soon be an A&P, and has excellent
knowledge of homebuilt construction in all areas (engine, airframe, and
systems). His article is worth reading for anyone considering purchase of a
KR project (most are advertised for sale in the "boat" stage).

Now back to sniffing my Rust-O-Leum ;o)
