If you your full static RPM is 3300, you might be able to increase pitch
and gain speed. If however if 3300 is your max rpm at cruise and you
increase pitch, your rpm will go down. Depending on the specific rpm that
your engine turns at it's full HP, increasing pitch may cost you so much
power that you can't go as fast.
