None, that I know of. I used to think that was a crazy idea, but then I saw the KR1b motorglider plans, which do exactly that, from RAF48 to GAW1 (which looks remarkably similar to the AS504x series). It's still far from optimal, as part of the speed improvment of the "new wing" is lowering the wing incidence to eliminate the "Huey effect". Still, I personally would spend the time to strip off the skin of the center section, move the aft spar up to get the incidence right, and redo the whole wing. Of course that's a lot of work, and only makes sense if your center section needs reworking anyway. That's not to say that simply morphing the two airfoils from root of outer wing to tip wouldn't be "better" than RAF48 all the way out. I don't know. Definitely uncharted territory, unless you consider the motorglider as in indication. You would definitely be a test pilot...
