I am no expert so I asked an expert, A friend builds racing Kayaks and canoes. He said NEVER put Vinyl near Epoxy unless the epoxy is complete dry , as the fumes from the epoxy will not allow the vinyl to dry out. From memory Epoxy will stick vinyl, But Vinyl will not stick fully to epoxy. Epoxy is NOT fuel proof.
