I will use plywood ribs on the outboard of the stubs and inboard of the outer wings and keep the plywood with big lightening holes there after sanding the foam. My last KR just had foam with glass over it and the wing ends got a lot of hanger rash that 3/32 ply would have prevented.

I used two 48" ribs on each side in the center section as sanding guides and a ply rib on each end of the outer wing panel for a sanding guide.
