Hello,
I'm not sure who wrote this but somebody informed me that if I buy a
completed KR, I can do all of the maintenance but I just can't do the
annual inspections. He then said that there was a training course that
I could go through to be eligible to carry out the annuals as well
(something to do with the sport category.) If anyone has any specifics
or any information at all, please respond. Thank you.
