I've had exceptional help from Jim Irwin. Going even further back, his mother Flo helped with problems no other companies were interested in? They have worked hard to help me on issues that were not very profitable. To read all this acrimonious whining about what is reality is absurd. When orders get screwed up as they will with a business situation, their efforts to correct the problem is beyond reproach. We should all be pleased to have AS&S help and support.
