I do not know Mr. Irwin since I am from Europe, but it seems to be true about his personnel. I do have not so positive experience with AS&S. I did my order and requested some small samples of foam but no body read about, and of course did not received the samples. Have a promise that samples are sent to me (after complain) but so far did not received yet(more than a month).
