KR> Not ready but it flys

I have an original KR2 built to ken' and Ed's revised plans, and I have
discovered that I do not have enough Aileron travel.
Does anyone have any advice on how to increse it?
They only move about 5 deg. up and 10 down. That can't be enough.
Any help please.
