Over the years I received excellent service from AS&S, however the last shipment put me over the edge, the shipment took 6-7 weeks to arrive, the package was damaged and being ceconite I was rather upset, I called to complain about the packaging, I was reassured that they will ensure it wont happen again, asked what had happened to the other parcel as the tracking number is not recognized on the systems, I was told to wait another 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile I had purchased our local cloth to cover my plane.
