I wouldn't expect you to remember the details of our problems but I sure do 
remember the headache well. I've had it since 1996 and didn't get rid of it 
until January 2004. It did get resolved eventually but not without another 
migraine.

Dear Chris,

I read your posted response to Mark Langford's complaints on his recent 
order, and I sure would like to know what happened that we did not resolve that 
created these ill feelings. You stated that many people "never get their money 
back" from Aircraft Spruce and that you get"ripped off on a regular basis by 
them." What exactly are you referring to? We have been a highly reputable 
company 
for 40 years and have NEVER ripped off any customer. If there is a problem 
that is not resolved, give me the details and we'll take care of it so we can 
all move forward. If you do not wish to use us as a supplier that is certainly 
your choice but calling myself and my staff "snakes" publicly is uncalled for. 

You have told Mark (and all other readers that he will have problems over the 
items "not in the box". This is not true. We shipped the items UPS RED to him 
yesterday and he will have them today. I look forward to your reply.
