I've been using Lacquer thinner for years maybe since I was 12 years old, I am now 64. Thinner, then soap and water follow-up. I have never had a epoxy reaction, but fiberglass? Yes, from insulation and epoxy/fiberglass work. Those micro pieces of glass will get into you pores if you don't wash with soap and water. I have stayed away from gasoline [a poor solvent], MEK, or Acetone. I sill use latex gloves though, because epoxy is sticky and messy stuff.
