In this case, there should be one on each side to equalize the pressure. Daniel R. Heath - Columbia, SC ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If you have a static port on one side of the fuselage and it is located in a low pressure area I doubt if locating a second port on the opposit side in a low pressure is going to give you a good static source. The objective is to find a location that is neither high or low pressure, hence the term "static" pressure. Larry Flesner
