To remove the tubing simply push the tube and the collar in together then continue to hold the collar while you withdraw the tubing. Probably will be very difficult if you are using the opaque polyflow? tubing, as it is extremely soft,works very well with synflex air brake line. They will work for vacuum, but minor leaks are probable because pressure increases both the crush of the oring and grip of the teeth. Hope this helps.
