I've experienced the same thing many times in the many years I've been in business. You may have a better product but convincing the client is not all that cut and dried. Business relationships is what it's all about and how you present yourself, how you talk about your competitors and so forth. You win some you loose some. When dealing with people the decisions are not all logical. You don't gain anything by criticize anyone in the process. KRron
