I have used both AS&S and Wicks........for spruce I generally go with Wicks just because even though Iam ordering raw stock right off the shelves AS&S won't send it for 3 to 6 weeks because of wood orders in front of me. Even though they don't have to cut anything and they have enough to fill all the orders I still have to wait, Wicks has always shipped my spruce with in 3 days of orders.......everything else like plywood and parts from AS&S and I get it usually in 2 days, they are only 6 hours from my house West coast.
