In all fairness to A S & S I have to report that I have received nothing but excellent service from them and I have placed over 20 orders with them in the past year. Small and large I have received exactly what I wanted. I will mention that all but maybe one order was placed on the internet site and handled flawlessly. I even had 2 different times where items were on back order that were shipped later that I wasn't charged additional shipping even they shipped 2 different packages. Maybe it has to do with east coast warehouse instead of west coast. Wicks has also been good to me, I have ordered from them twice.
