I agree with you, Dan. I bought a VW 1835. It wasn't what was reccommended for the KR2S, but it will work and give me many hours of flying---then I can up-date at a later date. By the way, I got the engine for a very good price. Right now I'm involved in building a canopy( quite a job) and I don't want to add any more new things to do. Ray Goree Arlington, Tx
