Dan, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember anybody passing the hat for KRnet either last year or the year before. Maybe somebody will remember to mention it this year, but for many, it's hard to cough up even more money after spending so much getting to the Gathering, paying for hotels, etc, and then throwing money in for the Gathering Fund too. I don't like Paypal much myself, but I've managed to overcome it. It's especially nice when people send money TO you! Everything's paid up for the moment, so no biggie...
