KRNetters,
  What did the flying KR's do to rig the control
surfaces?  
Did you just adjust the control surfaces for the
specified amount of travel? Re-verify Rig at annual, 
accomplished through a surface travel check?
Has anyone determined the neutral point, then drilled
the bellcranks for rig pins?  If so, where were the
holes located and for what size? 3/16ths 1/4's????
  I'm thinking on several levels here, first one being
a repeatable, time-saving rigging process, but also,
the rig pins could have "Remove Before Flight" flags
attached to them that would enable the pins to be used
as gust locks.
