It has been a long time, but when I was an airline pilot, there were pilots who lost their medicals. They sometimes had to go to a good aviation medical examiner and, maybe an appropriate attorney, but most of them got back after a year or two, even with heart attacks. Go to google.com. enter "failed FAA medical". There is information there on ways to get it back, in spite to OK City.
