That was my take on it and that's what I've been advising people that ask me when they say they want to get back into flying but aren't sure about the physical. If you take the physical and are denied it will be rather difficult to say you "have no know condition". On the other hand, to fly with a disabling condition would be foolish and I would hope that no one would fly passangers and keep that information from them. Flying solo, you expose yourself and perhaps others on the ground. Flying with another pilot should be no big deal. Flying with some poor slob that can't save themself if you conk out would be "immoral" at best. Larry Flesner Carterville, Illinois
