Alright, thanks.  It's hard to tell what the consensus
does as I think I've read about some builders adding
4" or so to the stabilizer, and reducing elevator area
to reduce pitch sensitivity (even on the -2S).

What about the tri-gear version?  I have 0 time in a
taildragger and I really don't want to learn.

I'm just looking for some sort of baseline to figure
out if I can afford it or not :)

I looked, and it seems that wannabe is in south
carolina, several (6+) hours south of here.  I'm
actually about 20 minutes south of the virginia
border.
