Talked to the Aero Guy yesterday at work, and showed him my Turtledeck Pictures. He agreed with the way I had built and shaped my Turtledeck (sorta like a Lancair). After looking at it for awile said that it should be more than adequate for the application. In fact suggested that I could save more weight by reducing the number of hat stiffeners.
