   Dana,   Thanks for your input.  It is timely advice and I appreciate it.  
After working  on my KR2S since January 1994 and had finances not work out as 
planned, I have decided to go with the partnership arrangement. My present 
goal is to just finish the plane and do some flying.  Since I am going on 80 
years of age, time does enter the picture.  Simply stated, my plan is to get 
the 
plane flying and I am willing to share it.  I just want to protect myself and  
family (and my partner) from unseen catastrophies.  Thanks for your help.  Ray
