Dear Mr. Goree, I am not sure what type of partnership agreement you are desiring...part owner of a plane, a business, or what? something that important should be done through a legal representative of the law. It is minor work, but all the dots need to be marked and the t's crossed. You would feel bad if you did something yourself and if it ever went to a court of law and then found out the agreement wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Call a lawyer and get your first free consultation and then decide what you want to do. You get what you pay for...sometimes less, sometimes, more!
