Tim, I agree with your comments on your wing walk page. Do it the Mark Jones way (which is detailed in several old Newsletters as well). Either that or use about 6 layers of carbon fiber over the foam, which would be equivalent to a sheet of steel, but would weight far less. Fortunately, since I have a taildragger, I don't even need to step on the wing to get in. I spent the day wet-sanding mine down with 400 sandpaper, exposing all the places that need more filler, which will require more primer. But I'm getting there!
